First Friday every first friday of the month

FIRST FRIDAY is a art/entertainment event held every first Friday of the month from 6 to 10 pm. In the Arts District, from Holsum Lofts(just east of I-15 on Charleston)to 3rd Street and from Wyoming(a few blocks south of Charleston)to Boulder Ave(behind the Art's Factory on Charleston) www.firstfriday-lasvegas.org

This is an outdoor event with live music, entertainment, food, and various artist selling their unique items. If you are a local, you may know already about this monthly event. If not come and check it out, hundreds of people attend each month. This will be my first show with FF, and it should be fun. Come by and have some fun this Friday night.

    Sounds like fun but that is a shit neighborhood. Not going there.

      There are about 10,000 people out on the streets on a busy First Friday. Outdoor music stages line the streets, as well as other performing artists. Yes, it can be a questionable neighborhood 29/30 nights of the month, but it is a relatively safe place to be on First Friday and it truly is a great Vegas discovery if you haven't yet checked it out.

        Stacey is right the First Friday neighborhood would be one of the safest places around on any 1st Friday with a heavy police presents and thousands of helpful local witnesses along with tourist.

        But as always take a friend, don't skip locking and securing your valuables as you should in any large gathering.
